How it works

  • Sign up: The first step is to sign up for our Simple Start program on our website or through our mobile app. You'll be prompted to fill out a short questionnaire about your fitness goals, preferences, and any medical conditions or injuries you may have.
  • Customization: Using your answers to the questionnaire, we'll create a customized workout plan and meal plan that's tailored specifically to your needs. Your workout plan will include a variety of routines, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility workouts, all designed to help you achieve your goals.
  • Personal Training Coach: You'll be assigned a personal training coach who will help you get started with your workout plan, monitor your progress, provide feedback and motivation, and answer any questions you may have. They'll be your guide as you navigate thru your fitness journey.
  • Ready to Workout: Once you've signed up, received your customized workout plan, and connected with your personal training coach, you're ready to start working out! You can access your workout plan through our mobile app, which includes videos and instructions for each exercise. You can also track your progress through the app.
  • Progress Monitoring: We'll help you track your progress along the way, so you can see the results of your hard work. We'll provide you with regular progress reports, including updates on your fitness level, body measurements, and weight. This will help you stay motivated and on track towards achieving your goals.
  • Continuously Evolving: Your workout plan will continuously evolve and adapt based on your feedback and progress. Your personal training coach will help you adjust your plan as needed to ensure that it remains challenging and effective.
